Elven Chain Mail is a very light charming armor found in the Baldur ‘s gate : enhance Edition, Siege of Dragonspear, Shadows of Amn, Throne of Bhaal, and The Black Pits II. It has a slant of only 7 lbs and provides an armor class of 5. It has the same protective covering modifiers as regular Chain Mail : a bonus of 2 against slash, but besides a penalty of 2 against crushing attacks. Its lower weight and the craft make it possible to be worn by thieves, combatant / mages, and bards who inactive will be allowed to cast spells or perform their dim abilities. The Elven Chain Mail ca n’t be worn by the specialized Kensai champion and the archer, along with druids, monks, and complain mages and sorcerers. Thieves receive a penalty to their hook skills while wearing this armor. Lockpicking and traps are lowered by 5 %, hide in apparition with 10 % and pickpocketing with 20 %.
