- Heat a belittled saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the 2 tablespoons of reserve fat, general-purpose flour and whisk together until fluent. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, whisking constantly, until bubbly and ignite to gold brown .
- Add in 1 cup of joker drippings, 1 cup stock and whisk together until completely fluent. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook until the gravy has thickened to your like. Season with salt and black pepper and serve .

- If you don’t have enough turkey drippings to equal 1 cup, just add more turkey or chicken stock until you have 2 cups of liquid.
- This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
