I ordered an item from Shopee on 14th March 2022. The parcel was picked up by J&T on the same day. My parcel had been sitting in J&T CDC OLDTOWN 304 since 15th March.
Yesterday, (17th March), the status of the delivery was ‘Parcel out For Delivery’ ay 11.57am. However, I did not received the parcel. The reason given was ‘Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Cuaca Buruk’.
I was in my office in PJ for the whole day on 17th March and the weather was fine the whole day. Why did J&T claim that Cuaca Buruk? This reason given by J&T is NOT true and is therefore unacceptable.
The seller is from KL and I am in PJ and J&T need taking more than 1 week to deliver. This is extremely POOR POOR service as a delivery company.
J&T, please explain the cause of the delay.

Please provide a valid reason why it takes J&T so long to delivery a simple parcel? If you cannot do the job efficiently, then please close down your company
